I think this sounds good …coz we should try positive action and any money in the hands of women leads to empowerment.Maybe some of teh BIMARU states should run pilot projects of this in conjuntion with NGOs who are already there .It could be a good plan over a ten year period by when we should have a handle on the population grpwth igures…The time to pretend that the popultaion problem is not a problem is long over……
In fact I am a regular reader of goodnewsindia and it has amazingly relevant news which Indians should necessarily read….

Yeah.. that website makes you feel so positive about all the problems the country is facing by reporting practical solutions by practical common people.
Coming back to this pilot project being conducted we could at least passively support them by giving them the donations they need.
